The Boys & Girls Club of Eden-Lake Shore now offers a registered Wrap program, we are very excited to welcome your family to ours!

NEW For the 2024-25 school year we are introducing a New York State certified Before-School program, serving Pre-K to 8th grade and an After-School Program serving Pre-K and K grades. Eligibility for membership in this program is available to students living and enrolled within the Lake Shore Central School District, however space is limited.

About:

All of our programs offer a nurturing environment designed to meet their physical, intellectual, social and emotional needs. The Club currently offers a quality After-School Program at the W.T Hoag Educational Center, located at 42 Sunset Blvd in Angola serving kids 1st - 8th Grade.

Our Mission:

To inspire and enable all young people, especially those who need us the most, to reach their full potential as productive, responsible and caring citizens.

Program Highlights:

Crafts, Gym time, Healthy Snacks, Puzzles, Board Games, Legos AND MORE!

General Information:

• Program is open according to the official school calendar of the Lake Shore Central School District and is closed during holidays, breaks, other non school days and inclement weather days.
• The After School Program will remain OPEN when after school activities are canceled due to weather.
• Subsidized care - We are currently obtaining a contract with NYS more to come!
• At the time of enrollment, a non-refundable fee is required. The first month’s tuition will be billed in August. The 2024-25 enrollment fee is $25 per child or $50 per family.
• Monthly fee is based on how many days a child attends per week
• Before School Program you may bring in a snack for your child to eat, if breakfast is needed, they will be able to obtain breakfast when they arrive at their school.
• After School Program we will provide a free healthy snack then other foods for purchase if needed.
• Students in grades K and up will need to be transported to and/or from their schools via Lake Shore Central School transportation. Once registered, families of those students will need to submit a transportation request form to the Lake Shore Central School Transportation Department Bus Garage.

Medical:

If your child has ANY doctor diagnosed allergies, special need, medical condition and/or has a need for an EpiPen or Inhaler while in the program, then additional paperwork is required to be completed by a doctor. Medical from will need to be submitted and approved prior to the start of the program.

Registration Process:

Your registration request is not complete until ALL of the steps in the Registration Process have been completed, the enrollment fee is paid AND you receive a confirmation email stating your child's enrollment request has been accepted.

Please see below for a brief overview of the steps in the Registration Process:

• Download forms 1-4 below
• Complete and sign the Wrap Program School Child Care Application. ALL areas must be filled out. (Fill out 1 per child)
• Complete and sign the enrollment form to choose a program(s) and schedule for each child you wish to register. (Fill out 1 per child)
• Review/sign Boys & Girls Club of Eden-Lake Shore Tuition Agreement.
• Review/sign Boys & Girls Club of Eden-Lake Shore Family Handbook and other disclosures.
• Submit all documentation, via the following methods
  • Email to registration@bgcedenlakeshore.org 
  • Drop off at W.T. Hoag building between the hours of 8am - 2pm 
  • Mail to 8284 N. Main St Eden, NY 14057
• Remit the non-refundable enrollment fee of $25 per child or $50 per family.
  • Pay online through the link below 
  • Email Credit Card information to registration@bgcedenlakeshore.org 
  • VENMO @BGCELS (search BGCELS under Businesses)
  • Drop off a check with documentation made payable to The Boys & Girls Club of Eden- Lakeshore (receipt will be emailed)
