VOLUNTEERS

The Club gratefully accepts volunteers to help with fundraising events and committees throughout the year. The Boys & Girls Club of Eden-Lake Shore is a great place to give your time to help the youth in your community.

All volunteers must be at least 18 years of age.  Exceptions can be made to meet high school community service requirements. Volunteers are accepted through the courts for community service.

Any person who wishes to volunteer their time must first contact Michelle Wilson at michelle@bgcedenlakeshore.org to determine what will work best for both the volunteer and the Boys & Girls Club of Eden-Lake Shore.

Volunteers that spend time with our members and have a long term relationship with the Boys & Girls Club of Eden-Lake Shore will have extensive background checks conducted. Pre screening of applicants includes, but not limited to reference checks and clearance through the NYS Central Register of Child Abuse & Maltreatment.
