Your registration request is not complete until ALL of the steps in the Registration Process have been completed, and the enrollment fee is paid

• Complete the 2026-27 School Year Child Care Application. ALL areas must be filled out.  Fill out 1  per child
  
• Complete the program enrollment form(s) Fill out 1 per child, per program
  
• Review/sign Boys & Girls Club of Lake Shore 26/27 School Year Tuition Agreement.
  
• Review the Boys & Girls Club of Lake Shore 26/27 SACC Family Handbook
  
• Sign and return acknowledgement page of the Family Handbook
  

   6. Submit all documentation, via the following methods:
          -Email to registration@bgcedenlakeshore.org
          -Drop off at W.T. Hoag Building Attn: Michelle Wilson 

            - Mail to: 42 Sunset Blvd, Angola NY 14006

   7. Remit the non-refundable enrollment fee of $30 per child or $50 per family.
         -Pay online at  https://www.paypal.com/ncp/payment/Y7FU7C55JTSF6
         -Email Credit Card information to registration@bgcedenlakeshore.org
         -VENMO @BGCELS (search BGCELS under Businesses)
         -Drop off a check with documentation made payable to The Boys & Girls Club of Eden - Lakeshore
