1. Online Application:
   If you'd like to complete a membership application online, please log into your Parent Portal account. If you don’t have an account yet, you can create one by following the instructions provided below.
    
2. Paper Application:
   If you prefer not to register online, you may complete the paper application using the links below.
    

Important: All families must complete a transportation form and email it to transportation@lscsd.org. 

All families are required to review our Welcome Packet for important information about daily operations at the Lake Shore Clubhouse. 

Payments can be made via Venmo (@bgcels) or through the Parent Portal.
